I should mention just a few things:
-By the rules set down, I'm not going to be able to tell you which judge hated what and that sort of thing. The deliberations and that private debate remains, well, private.
-I will be happy to tell you my thoughts on any product I review, or tell you if we haven't received a product, or general information about how busy we are, what's going into the evaluation process, etc. I promised to be as open as I can with everything, and I will, as far as I am able without compromising the integrity of the awards or the other judges.
-Keep in mind that even if I do review a product, it is still going up against plenty of other products that might be just as good or better. I'll also look at products likely quite a few times as the ENnies get closer. Just because I give it a generally positive review now or in March does not mean that you'll see it in the ENnies, or that if it isn't in there, other judges hated it.
-I will be disallowing comments for publishers for now, as getting into arguments or praise-a-thons with them over product would not be fitting. There will be forums open for the ENnies soon, and at that point, I'll allow 'em again. I hope you guys understand this. I'm being as open as I can without sacrificing the integrity of the awards.
Thanks, and happy reading!

I'm looking forward to it Zachary. I was great meeting you at GenCon. Good luck, I think you'll do a great job.
Buddy, the honor was mine. You are aces.
Does this mean the vote worked out?
I depend on Jeff and Rotwang for this kind of info. I'm so out of the loop :)
Yup. I'll be a judge for '08, thanks to a good "grassroots" campaign! ;)
