TSR Fonts Revealed!
Mega-hat tip to T. Foster of theRPGsite for this link, which covers the font names (and look-alikes) for the various Dungeons & Dragons series and editions over the years. There are even links for downloading or locating many of the fonts! I know I have a few homebrew documents I'll be converting to a more "retro" and authentic look quite soon...
