I'd really like to compile a list for the GSL, but right now, here's the list per Paizo as of today for gaming companies that have signed on to produce material under the Pathfinder license. Some are known, some are...not. Feel free to add updates as they come along below. (There are also some individuals without websites who have signed on, but I have omitted those for now).
500 Penny Design
Battlefield Press
Conflict Games
Dane of War
DragonWing Games
Dreamscarred Press
Expeditious Retreat Press (Hoorary!)
Fat Dragon Games (also signed on for the GSL)
Highmoon Games
Louis Porter Jr. Design
Necromancer Games (also signed on for the GSL)
Open Design (Hooray again!)
Radiance House
Reality Four Studios
Scrying Eye Games
Sean K. Reynolds Games
Seraphim Guard
Scorced Urf' Studios
Legends of the Shining Jewel
White Plume Games
I also believe (but have not yet confirmed) Adamant Entertainment will be producing product for Pathfinder. Hopefully, we can get a confirmation on that sometime soon. As an update, we've also heard from Tricky Owlbear Publishing and Reality Deviant Publications, and they're both a yes.
UPDATE: 0one Games has also confirmed!

It's Highmoon Games. ;-)
But yeah, we're in. Updating existing material at first, but I hope to get some new stuff for Pathfinder as well. I know my all-but-partner, Mark Gedak, is chomping at the bit for that chance.
I'll get that switched for you right away, sir! :)
Heh, the list (with websites) has grown in the couple of hours since you posted this...
I take this as good news.
Yes, it seems to be growing.
Many of the companies seem to be fledgling enterprises. Bet we'll see the same thing with the GSL.
Feel free to add Tricky Owlbear Publishing, Inc. to your list! :)
Got it! Thanks!
Crap! Now that Daniel has signed on I'll need to find some time to do more development. :)
Most impressive. The list has grown quite a bit overnight. I'm going to have to compare this with a list of those who went GSL.
@ Questing: That's what I was hoping we could do. You wanna field that side? :)
I've got a thread over at ENWorld but it doesn't seem to be receiving the hits and response that it should get or the numbers so far have been incredibly low.
Hmm...I'm sure there'll be plenty of folks going the startup route. You'd think we'd start to see them soon.
Don't forgot White Plume Games. :)
We're one of the start-ups you've mentioned.
Cool, I saw that! Castle Ravenmoor, right? Keep us in mind when you get your product out there!
Reality Deviant Publications have also signed the Pathfinder license.
I've already got a manuscript for for a planar supplement the Beta Rules, but I won't release that until I get the final rules in august.
We also look forward to doing a conversion of our Blood Throne Campaign setting.
We'll probably also convert the Touch of Evil game line to Pathfinder, and then start doing some more original stuff.
I'm also considering converting my upcoming Scarrport: City of Secrets, book to PF, but I'm not positive yet.
Awesome! Thanks for the update!
